TRAINING METHOD: SMALL GROUP

A small-group learning environment has no more than 20 participants. Individuals work together to achieve team goals and objectives. Participants usually have a lot of fun studying while building camaraderie and leadership skills. This method uses short presentations followed by worksheets and exercises.

TRAINING METHOD: SEMINAR

It is sometimes difficult to squeeze in employee work time for training. To gain knowledge quickly, participants can sit in for a half-day or full-day seminar. This is a more passive method of learning but learners will still gain comprehension of Communication problems and solutions that can be immediately applied to their working life. Participant numbers are limited only by the seating capacity of the facility.
